SHIPPING
Shipping fees will be automatically charged upon check-out. Items purchased will be shipped within 2 working days. Should a product be out of stock, you will be notified by phone or email, at which time you will be advised of wait times or given the chance to cancel the order.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are determined by the amount of the order. To see rates please click on the Free Shipping icon that is on the banner on our homepage.
Free shipping is available in Canada and the U.S. on orders over $100.

Free shipping is also available to all customers within the City of Vancouver (Vancouver, BC) only and on orders over $25.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your order and we truly value repeat business. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or would like to make an exchange, please contact us by email at [email protected]
Refund or exchange emails must be made within 30 days.
You will be asked to send back the product(s) in question by mail. You will be refunded or issued a credit of your total purchase, minus shipping charges. All return/exchange shipments are at the customer's expense. No COD return shipments will be accepted. My Little Green Shop reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if an item is not in its original, unused condition. Please note that customer satisfaction is paramount to us and we do our best to make sure each customer is fully satisfied.
