These super-stylish Inke wallpaper animal silhouettes are made from vintage wallpaper stock. Cool, right? And wouldn't this mama look sweet migrating across your child’s bedroom or playroom wall?!

Dutch designer Inke Heiland has created a unique ‘old-is-new’ way for eco-nest builders to cultivate their wild side and their child's safe inner habitat. What a great way to go 'green' with your little one's personal space!

Inke uses the most eco-friendly or sustainable options possible. The glue that comes with the silhouettes is made from 100% sustainable sources and is perfectly safe. The tape and plastic they use is made from bio plastic or recycled PET.

The silhouettes are hand made in the Netherlands by a dedicated group of people working in fair conditions.

The price includes a kit complete with glue and a brush.

Application Instructions:

Base: Be sure you have a clean, dry, firm and flat surface. Fill any holes with filler.

Directions: Add the contents of the glue package to 150ml cold water, while stirring. After about 40 min., stir once more. The glue is now ready for use.

Wallpaper: Spread the glue evenly on the back of the paper. Allow this to soak until it feels supple. Preferably apply glue for a second or third time. Be sure that all parts of the wallpaper are evenly supple.

Hanging: Carefully apply the wallpaper and gently apply pressure using a dry cloth. Do not use wringing or sweeping motions. Any glue spots can be removed with a moist sponge or cloth.

For silhouettes out of more than 1 piece: with a fine pencil, draw a vertical line for orientation to align the straight sides (the side of the two pieces that should be against each other).

Tip: Save any remaining wallpaper paste (Store refrigerated), so that the next day you can fix any loose bits!
