Love this tray. I've used it to freeze juice, water and wine to prevent little bits going to waste. I think it freezes faster than a plastic tray and it certainly stays nicer tasting.  The cubes do evaporate/sort of merge together but at that point I wouldn't want to use the ice cubes anyways.

When I was young, I remember having one of these at home. I don't remember when we switched to smelly plastic. I was ecstatic to find the stainless steel tray again from MLGS! This time, I've been using it to freeze cubes of homemade baby food.

Each cube fits about a tbsp and a half of food. I know nothing is leaching into my baby's food. So convenient and easy to use and clean. If it's stuck, just immerse the bottom of the tray in water for a few minutes, then loosen the cubes.
